Role Overview -
We are looking for a highly skilled, creative, and experienced Cinematographer & Video Editor to join our team for the Delhi location. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of professional experience in both cinematography and video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality visual storytelling.
You will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing compelling video content for digital platforms, social media campaigns, brand films, podcasts, corporate videos, commercials, and promotional content. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for composition, lighting, storytelling, and post-production while being capable of managing projects independently from concept to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities -
* Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for digital platforms, social media, marketing campaigns, and brand promotions.
* Operate professional camera equipment, lighting setups, and audio gear to capture cinematic footage.
* Edit engaging content for YouTube, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, podcasts, advertisements, and other digital platforms.
* Add motion graphics, visual effects, transitions, subtitles, animations, and color grading to enhance video quality.
* Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and creative objectives.
* Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and content teams to develop compelling visual stories.
* Edit client footage into polished, high-quality final videos.
* Create short-form videos, promotional content, digital snippets, and social media reels.
* Upload and optimize video content for YouTube and social media platforms.
* Organize and maintain project files, raw footage, and media assets efficiently.
* Stay updated with the latest video production techniques, editing trends, and social media content formats.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines.
Requirements -
* 2–3 years of professional experience in cinematography and video editing.
* Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent editing software.
* Excellent understanding of camera operations, framing, composition, lighting, lenses, and shot execution.
* Strong knowledge of video editing, color correction, color grading, audio synchronization, pacing, and storytelling.
* Experience creating content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
* Basic knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and visual effects is an added advantage.
* Strong creative thinking with exceptional attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
* Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
* A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating both cinematography and video editing skills is mandatory.
Qualifications -
* High School (12th Pass) required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Proficiency in English & Hindi
* Experience in video production, videography, and post-production editing is preferred.
