Haalving is a health-focused brand dedicated to building structured, sustainable lifestyles through fitness, nutrition, and wellness programs. We are looking for a detail-oriented Admin & Operations Assistant to support our daily operations and ensure smooth internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
- Manage schedules, internal coordination, and basic documentation
- Assist in client onboarding, data entry, and record maintenance
- Coordinate with trainers, nutritionists, and internal teams
- Support event planning, sessions, and operational logistics
- Maintain reports, attendance, and operational trackers
- Handle WhatsApp, email, and basic client communication
- Ensure smooth workflow and follow-ups across departments
Requirements
- Proven experience in administrative or operations support
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace / MS Office
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Interest in health, fitness, or wellness is a plus
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
