- Explain course details, fees, and admission process clearly.
- Follow up on leads generated from social media & website.
- Maintain a proper database of inquiries and update CRM regularly.
- Convert inquiries into admissions through effective communication.
- Handle basic WhatsApp and email responses.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (Malayalam & English preferred).
- Confident and positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Target-oriented mindset.
