US Accounting Coach is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students through the enrolment process. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and counselling skills, with the ability to understand learners' career aspirations and recommend suitable training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding US Accounting and Taxation training programs.
- Convert qualified leads into successful admissions through effective counselling.
- Understand candidates' career goals and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
- Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, counselling sessions, and admissions using CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission targets while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless admission and onboarding process.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Strong counselling, sales, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to build rapport, handle objections, and close admissions effectively.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Mandatory).
- Minimum 1.5+ years of experience in Academic Counselling, Education Sales, EdTech, Training Institutes, or Student Admissions.
