Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our legal team. The intern will gain practical exposure to corporate law, legal drafting, contract management, compliance, intellectual property, and property-related legal matters. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for law students to develop hands-on experience in legal research, documentation, and real-time legal operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesLegal Drafting & Documentation
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal agreements, contracts, and notices
- Prepare NDAs, vendor agreements, service agreements, and other legal documents
- Support preparation of property-related documents such as sale deeds, conveyance deeds, and powers of attorney
Legal Research
- Conduct research on corporate law, contract law, property law, and intellectual property law
- Analyze legal provisions, case laws, and compliance requirements
- Prepare legal summaries, notes, and reports
Compliance & Corporate Support
- Assist in maintaining legal records and compliance documentation
- Support preparation of board resolutions and corporate filings
- Coordinate with internal departments for legal documentation and approvals
Property & Due Diligence Support
- Assist in title verification and property due diligence
- Review land records and ownership-related documents
- Support documentation related to registration, stamping, and mutation processes
Intellectual Property Support
- Assist in trademark searches and trademark filing processes
- Maintain trademark and legal documentation records
- Support brand protection and intellectual property-related activities
Documentation & Record Management
- Organize and maintain legal files and databases
- Track legal documentation status and deadlines
- Assist in preparing client communications and legal correspondence
Eligibility Criteria
- Currently pursuing a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. from a recognized law school
- Preferably in the 2nd/3rd year or final year of law studies
- Strong interest in corporate law, contracts, intellectual property, or property law
Required Skills
- Good understanding of legal drafting and legal terminology
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal documentation handling
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior internship experience in legal firms or corporate legal departments
- Knowledge of property documentation and corporate compliance procedures
- Familiarity with Indian legal and regulatory frameworks
Pay: ₹6,000.00 per month
