Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled UAV Integration Engineer / Drone Pilot to support drone assembly, integration, testing, and field operations. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of UAV systems, flight operations, hardware integration, and troubleshooting. The candidate will work closely with the engineering team to develop, test, and deploy advanced drone solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesUAV Integration & Assembly
- Assist in UAV hardware integration, assembly, and configuration
- Install and configure flight controllers, sensors, communication systems, and payloads
- Perform system checks and ensure proper functioning of UAV components
- Support testing and calibration of drone systems
Drone Pilot & Flight Operations
- Operate drones for testing, demonstrations, and field missions
- Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections
- Ensure safe and efficient drone operations as per guidelines
- Maintain flight logs and operational records
Testing & Troubleshooting
- Identify and troubleshoot UAV hardware/software issues
- Support drone performance testing and improvements
- Assist in firmware updates and system configuration
- Coordinate with engineering teams for technical improvements
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain technical documents, test reports, and flight records
- Prepare operational reports after drone missions
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
Requirements & SkillsExperience
- Fresher candidates with technical knowledge can apply
- 1–2 years of experience in UAV operations, drone piloting, electronics, robotics, or related fields preferred
Education
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Robotics, Aerospace, Computer Science, or related fields preferred
Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of UAV components and flight systems
- Knowledge of drone assembly and maintenance
- Familiarity with flight controllers, GPS, sensors, and communication systems
- Understanding of drone safety procedures
Drone Pilot Skills
- Ability to operate and control drones safely
- Experience in drone testing and field operations preferred
- Knowledge of DGCA drone guidelines will be an advantage
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to travel for field testing and deployment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced technology environment
