Job Description: Sales Manager – Real Estate
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the client base and drive consistent sales growth.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and follow up regularly to nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve individual and team targets.
- Actively engage with clients to understand their real estate needs and present tailored solutions.
- Guide clients through the purchasing, leasing, or selling process, ensuring they understand the value proposition.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to continuously adjust sales strategies.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets and maximize performance.
- Provide training, coaching, and support to enhance the team’s skills and product knowledge.
- Set individual and team performance goals, track progress, and provide regular feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales environment that encourages teamwork and accountability.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction throughout the buying/selling process.
- Respond promptly to inquiries, address concerns, and offer solutions to enhance client experience.
- Act as the main point of contact for high-value clients, providing personalized service.
- Actively manage negotiations and close deals with clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare regular sales reports to track team performance, lead conversion rates, and overall sales success.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust tactics as necessary to ensure sales targets are met.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and local regulations.
- Understand client needs and industry challenges to provide relevant market insights.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales strategy development, and deal closing.
- Solid track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
