About the Role
Mobius Bloom is looking for a creativeGraphic Designer & Video Editorto create engaging, platform-ready content for our social media and brand communication.
You will be responsible for taking marketing ideas topics or briefs and independently turning them into polished social media creatives and videos.
Key Responsibilities
- Create social media posts, carousels, promotional creatives, product/feature posts and campaign creatives.
- Develop creative concepts, layouts and visual direction from a brief or idea.
- Edit Instagram Reels, short-form videos, product demos, explainers and promotional content.
- Create basic-to-intermediate motion graphics, animated text, transitions and visual elements.
- Adapt designs into different platform sizes and formats while maintaining brand consistency.
- Work with the marketing team to understand objectives, audience, messaging and CTAs.
- Maintain strong standards of typography, composition, spacing and visual hierarchy.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of social media design and visual communication.
- Strong skills in Canva and/or Figma.
- Practical experience with graphic design and video editing.
- Good understanding of typography, layout and composition.
- Ability to independently develop original creatives from ideas or briefs.
- Good sense of social media trends, hooks and platform-friendly formats.
- Ability to handle both graphic design and video editing.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Good to have: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or similar tools.
Portfolio Required
Please share a portfolio demonstrating social media posts, carousels, campaign creatives, reels/videos and motion graphics. We are particularly interested in work that demonstrates your own creative thinking and execution.
