We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee and strengthen organizational operations, drive strategic initiatives, ensure compliance, and support sustainable growth across all business verticals.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership
- Work closely with the Chairman and Board of Trustees to develop and implement organizational strategies.
- Translate strategic objectives into operational plans and measurable outcomes.
- Drive organizational growth, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all institutions and departments under the Trust.
- Ensure effective coordination among schools, healthcare facilities, and support functions.
- Monitor operational performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Develop and standardize policies, procedures, and operational frameworks.
- Participate in annual budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
- Monitor financial performance and optimize operational costs.

- Provide leadership and guidance to department heads and senior management teams.
- Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory, regulatory, and trust governance requirements.
- Monitor legal, operational, and reputational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities as required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, regulatory bodies, educational boards, healthcare regulators, partners, and community stakeholders.
- Represent the Trust in meetings, forums, and strategic discussions when required.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across all operational areas.
- Prepare and present management reports to the Chairman and Board.
- Drive data-based decision-making and continuous operational improvement.
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
