We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to bridge the gap between premium real estate spaces and turn key interior solutions. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end business growth—from generating high-quality leads for ongoing residential/commercial projects to pitching customized interior design and execution services to property buyers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Field MarketingActively scout the Bhubaneswar market to identify potential buyers, premium property investors, and homeowners looking for renovation or interior work.Conduct field visits, B2B networking, and cold calling to build a robust pipeline of prospects.
- Client Consultations & Project PitchesEngage with walk-in inquiries or digital leads, understand their spatial and budget requirements, and present tailored property or interior design solutions.Conduct property site visits, structure walkthroughs, and present design portfolios to prospective clients.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the internal design and architecture teams to present 2D/3D layouts or modular furniture proposals to the client.
- Digital & Event MarketingCollaborate with creative teams to design high-impact property brochures, interior design catalogs, and localized marketing creatives.Run hyper-local lead generation campaigns via social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) targeting premium demographics in Bhubaneswar and Cuttack.
- Represent the organization at local real estate expos, interior design exhibitions, and corporate trade fairs.
- CRM & Relationship ManagementEfficiently manage the complete sales funnel using CRM tools—from initial contact and site visits to negotiation and closure.Maintain proactive, long-term relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business, service renewals, and word-of-mouth referrals.
QualificationsEducation: Any Graduate
Experience-1yrs to 4yrs
Local Market Expertise: A deep understanding of Bhubaneswar’s micro-market trends, upcoming infrastructure projects, pricing dynamics, and local consumer behavior. Language Proficiency: Fluency in Odia and Hindi is crucial for on-ground client interactions; professional proficiency in English is required for corporate presentations and documentation.
Core Competencies: Excellent negotiation and closing skills, strong presentation abilities, self-motivated attitude, and a high level of professional empathy.
Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and a personal vehicle for regular client meetings and site visits across the Twin Cities (Bhubaneswar-Cuttack).
