Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Engineering Department, ensuring smooth operation of all hotel facilities and equipment.
- Oversee maintenance and repair of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, kitchen, laundry, fire safety, and utility systems.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Monitor and control energy consumption, utility costs, and sustainability initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, safety standards, and hotel policies.
Requirements:
Educational Qualification
- BE or BTech - E&E or Electrical Engineer
- 8 years and above, at least 3 years in supervisory role preferably in hotel industry .
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹52,000.00 per month
