I am currently hiring for an exciting opportunity as a Collection senior Manager with VGM Consultants Limited.
We are looking for experienced professionals with a strong background in NBFC / Banking collections.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in NPA Recovery & High Bucket Collections (90+ DPD)
Strong exposure to portfolio management (2W, CV, Gold Loans, etc.)
Experience in handling Field Teams (FOS) & external agencies
Expertise in skip tracing & delinquency reduction strategies
Strong leadership and team management skills
Role Highlights:
Manage end-to-end collections lifecycle
Drive recovery targets & reduce delinquency
Handle agency management & escalations
Ensure compliance & process adherence
Location: Bangalore
