Perform functional, integration, and regression testing of ServiceMax configurations and customizations.
Test various ServiceMax modules including Work Orders, Entitlements, Installed Base, Preventive Maintenance, and Dispatch Console.
Collaborate with business analysts and functional teams to understand the business requirements and ensure the solution meets those needs.
Write and execute test cases for different phases of the project, including unit testing, system testing, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
Validate and test ServiceMax-ERPs integration, ensuring seamless data flow between systems.
Create detailed test cases, test scripts, and test plans based on functional requirements and system specifications.
Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of test results, issues found, and steps taken to resolve defects.
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in QA or testing roles, with hands-on experience testing ServiceMax or Salesforce applications.
Strong understanding of ServiceMax functionality and field service management processes.
Experience with writing and executing test cases, and tracking defects using tools like Jira.
Familiarity with Salesforce platform (Apex, SOQL, Lightning) and its integration with ServiceMax.
Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and business teams.
