Job Summary
Transparent Capital is looking for a highly motivated and relationship-driven Equity Shares Sourcing Manager to strengthen our sourcing network for Unlisted and Pre-IPO equity shares.
The ideal candidate should have strong networking skills and experience in identifying and acquiring unlisted equity opportunities through promoters, founders, ESOP holders, startup employees, angel investors, venture capital funds, private equity funds, family offices, brokers, and other market participants.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, source, and acquire unlisted and Pre-IPO equity shares from promoters, founders, ESOP holders, startup employees, early investors, angel investors, and other shareholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, wealth managers, investment advisors, venture capital funds, private equity funds, family offices, merchant bankers, and other ecosystem participants.
- Build a robust sourcing network to generate high-quality deal flow in the unlisted equity market.
- Structure, negotiate, and execute secondary market transactions while ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for all stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal sales, legal, operations, and compliance teams for smooth execution of transactions.
- Track market developments, fundraising activities, startup ecosystems, mergers, acquisitions, and upcoming IPO opportunities to identify potential sourcing prospects.
- Maintain an active pipeline of sourcing opportunities and regularly update management on market intelligence and transaction progress.
- Ensure proper documentation, due diligence support, and compliance throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Represent Transparent Capital at industry events, networking forums, startup conferences, and investor meets to expand business relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA is an added advantage.
- 2–5 years of experience in Unlisted Equity, Pre-IPO Markets, Wealth Management, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or Equity Broking.
- Strong understanding of the unlisted equity ecosystem and secondary market transactions.
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to identify market opportunities and build long-term business relationships.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
