Job Summary
HLP Innovations Private Limited is hiring Partner Onboarding Executives for CuraX, a healthcare technology platform built for clinics, diagnostic centres, and hospitals.
CuraX helps healthcare providers improve their digital presence, showcase services and pricing, manage bookings, receive patient enquiries, use QR-based check-in, and improve the overall patient experience through the CuraX Partner platform.
We are looking for energetic, confident, and target-driven field executives who can visit clinics, hospitals, and diagnostic centres, explain CuraX clearly, collect required onboarding details, and help healthcare partners go live on the platform.
This is a field-heavy role. Candidates must be comfortable travelling locally, meeting doctors, clinic owners, diagnostic centre managers, hospital administrators, and front desk teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit clinics, diagnostic centres, hospitals, and healthcare facilities in assigned areas.
- Explain CuraX partner benefits clearly to doctors, owners, admins, reception teams, and diagnostic centre managers.
- Show product demos using mobile screens, web dashboard screens, brochures, QR samples, and onboarding material.
- Collect required partner details such as business name, address, contact details, timings, services, pricing, photos, and documents.
- Help partners complete registration and onboarding forms.
- Coordinate with the internal verification team to get partner profiles reviewed and approved.
- Place QR code standees, posters, stickers, or onboarding material at partner locations whenever required.
- Train clinic, diagnostic, or hospital staff on basic usage of the CuraX Partner platform.
- Maintain daily visit reports, lead status, follow-ups, and conversion updates.
- Build strong local relationships with clinics, diagnostics, and hospitals.
- Follow up with interested partners until registration and activation are completed.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding targets.
- Daily and Monthly Targets
- Minimum 15–20 field visits per day.
- Minimum 5–8 decision-maker conversations per day.
- Minimum 2–3 serious partner registrations per day.
- Minimum 20–30 verified partner onboardings per month.
- Targets may vary based on assigned location, partner category, and business priorities.
- Candidate Requirements
- Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and basic English.
- Comfortable with field work and local travel.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
- Smartphone required.
- Basic understanding of mobile apps and web apps.
- Ability to explain product benefits in a simple and professional way.
- Confident, polite, disciplined, and target-oriented personality.
- Must be comfortable meeting doctors, clinic owners, diagnostic centre managers, and hospital staff.
- Should be able to maintain daily reports and follow-up records properly.
- Healthcare, pharma, diagnostics, insurance, fintech, POS, merchant onboarding, or SaaS sales experience is an added advantage.
- Freshers with confidence, discipline, and willingness to learn can also apply.
Preferred Skills
Field sales experience.
Healthcare or medical sales experience.
Good local area knowledge of Hyderabad / Secunderabad.
Ability to convince and build trust with business owners.
Basic Excel or Google Sheets knowledge.

Compensation and Benefits
Fixed salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month.
Travel allowance as per company policy.
Performance-based incentives.
Incentives based on verified partner onboarding, paid partner activations, and first booking/payment generated through CuraX.
High-performing candidates can earn ₹25,000 – ₹40,000+ per month including incentives.
Growth opportunity into Area Sales Lead / Partner Acquisition Lead roles based on performance.
Incentive Structure
Verified decision-maker meeting: Incentive applicable as per company policy.
Documents collected and uploaded correctly: Incentive applicable as per company policy.
Partner profile approved and live: Incentive applicable as per company policy.
Paid partner activation: Higher incentive applicable.
First booking/payment generated through CuraX: Additional incentive applicable.
Monthly bonus available for high-performing executives who consistently achieve onboarding targets.
Final incentive structure will be explained during the interview.
