**Job Title: Amazon & eBay E-Commerce Executive** **Job Type:** Full-Time **Location:** Jaipur, Rajasthan **Experience:** 1–3 Years preferred **Job Description:** We are looking for a motivated and experienced **E-Commerce Executive** to manage and grow our Amazon and eBay stores. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of marketplace management, product listings, order processing, customer service, and sales optimization. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and maintain Amazon and eBay seller accounts. * Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and product attributes. * Manage orders, returns, refunds, and customer queries. * Monitor inventory and ensure products remain available. * Handle customer messages and provide professional responses. * Monitor sales, traffic, conversion rates, and overall store performance. * Research competitors, products, pricing, and market trends. * Implement strategies to improve product visibility and sales. * Manage Amazon/eBay promotions and advertising campaigns when required. * Identify and resolve account, listing, order, and policy-related issues. * Prepare regular sales and performance reports. * Ensure the stores follow Amazon and eBay marketplace policies. **Requirements:** * Previous experience working with Amazon and eBay seller accounts. * Good understanding of e-commerce marketplace operations. * Knowledge of product listing optimization and keyword research. * Basic understanding of Amazon Ads/eBay promotions is preferred. * Good written and verbal communication skills in English. * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability. * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. * Experience with Excel/Google Sheets is preferred. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience and skills. * Opportunity to work with a growing e-commerce business. * Performance-based incentives. * Friendly and professional working environment. * Opportunity to develop your e-commerce and marketplace management skills. **How to Apply:** Please send your resume along with details of your previous Amazon/eBay experience, including the marketplaces or stores you have managed and your key responsibilities.
