We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented E-Commerce Manager cum account assistant to manage daily operations across e-commerce platforms, prepare client quotations and invoices, and handle order processing efficiently. The candidate should have good accounting knowledge, strong coordination skills, and experience in managing online sales platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage complete ecommerce sales operations on online platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Tata 1MG etc.
- Prepare Quotations, Invoices, and billing documents for clients.
- Generate bills and maintain records in MARG software.
- Ensure proper documentation and accurate data entry.
- Process and monitor customer orders, returns, and dispatches.
- Update product listings, pricing, and stock availability.
- Prepare and send quotations to clients as per requirements.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
