Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer (Fresher) to join our team at KAT Constructions Pvt. Ltd. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in site execution, monitoring daily activities, and supporting the senior engineers in planning, quality checks, and project documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day supervision of construction site activities.
- Study drawings, specifications, and ensure work is executed as per design.
- Conduct site measurements and maintain records.
- Coordinate with supervisors, foremen, and contractors for smooth execution.
- Monitor quality of materials and workmanship.
- Assist in preparation of reports, estimates, and project documentation.
- Ensure site safety standards are followed.
- Support senior engineers in client/consultant coordination.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Civil Engineering fundamentals.
- Basic understanding of construction drawings and site execution.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and surveying instruments (preferred).
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to site conditions.
