Senior Executive – Post-Sales CRM to take complete ownership of our post-booking customer lifecycle. This is a non-engineering role. The ideal candidate must possess a strong customer relationship management (CRM) background, sharp communication skills, and extensive experience navigating the financial and logistical administrative tasks required between unit booking and final handover.
Core Responsibilities & Weightage
1. Onboarding & Core Collections
- Payment & Collection Management: Track payment milestones and proactively generate demand letters, instalment reminders, and payment receipts.
- Customer Onboarding: Draft and issue welcome emails, welcome calls, and official allotment letters immediately following booking confirmations (p. 1).
- Financial Instruments: Manage and process collection instruments including Demand Drafts (DDs), online wire transfers, and cheques (p. 1).
- Bank & Loan Liaisoning: Coordinate directly with retail banks and financial institutions to facilitate timely home loan documentation and disbursement clearances (p. 1).
- ERP & MIS Management: Maintain absolute data integrity by updating all customer profiles, payment milestones, and financial instruments in the ERP system while generating weekly MIS reports for leadership visibility.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
