- Handle end-to-end procurement of raw materials, components, and consumables for medical devices
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms to achieve cost savings
- Prepare and process purchase orders in line with company policies
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid production delays
- Maintain proper documentation and records of procurement activities
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores and production teams
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (ISO, GMP, etc.)
- Resolve supplier-related issues such as delays, quality concerns, and discrepancies
- Responsible to maintain approved vendor list.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Knowledge of procurement processes and inventory management
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Tally, etc.)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- 1-2 years of experience in procurement
