We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media marketing campaigns to generate quality leads, increase brand visibility, and support admissions/business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Google Ads / PPC
- Plan, create, and manage Google Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and remarketing campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and identify high-converting search terms.
- Create and optimize ad copies, targeting, bidding, budgets, and campaign structures.
- Monitor CPC, CTR, conversions, CPL, ROAS, and overall campaign performance.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to reduce cost per lead and improve lead quality.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking, Google Analytics, and related tracking tools.
- Prepare regular Google Ads performance reports and recommendations.
2. Social Media Marketing
- Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Develop monthly social media content calendars in coordination with the creative/content team.
- Plan campaigns for brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, admissions, and promotions.
- Monitor social media performance including reach, engagement, followers, leads, and conversions.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators for posts, reels, videos, and advertisements.
- Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and new advertising features.
3. Meta Ads / Lead Generation
- Create and manage Facebook & Instagram lead generation and conversion campaigns.
- Define appropriate audiences based on location, demographics, interests, behavior, and remarketing data.
- Test different creatives, audiences, ad copies, and campaign strategies.
- Track leads and coordinate with the counselling/admission team for lead quality and follow-up.
- Analyze campaign results and improve lead-to-admission conversion.
4. Analytics & Reporting
- Maintain daily/weekly/monthly marketing performance reports.
- Track leads, CPL, conversions, admission enquiries, and campaign ROI.
- Analyze campaign data and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare management reports with key insights and actionable recommendations.
- Maintain proper records of campaign budgets and expenditure.
5. Website & Lead Generation
- Coordinate with the website/SEO team to improve landing pages and conversion rates.
- Suggest improvements in landing page content, forms, CTAs, and user experience.
- Monitor lead generation through website, social media, Google Ads, and other digital channels.
- Ensure proper tracking and reporting of all digital leads.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
- Understanding of keyword research, audience targeting, remarketing, and campaign optimization.
- Good knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with monthly marketing targets and budgets.
- Knowledge of Canva/basic creative tools will be an added advantage.
Experience & Qualification
- Graduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media marketing preferred.
- Experience in education/admission lead generation will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
