We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced Vice President (VP) of Finance to lead our financial operations and drive the company’s growth. Reporting to the CEO, you will act as a core business partner responsible for investor relations, high-level business planning, accounting oversight, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Investor Relations & Fundraising
- Lead investor communications, prepare investor decks, and address queries regarding financial performance.
- Act as the primary liaison during fundraising rounds (venture capital, private equity, or debt), managing financial due diligence and data rooms.
- Represent the company to existing and prospective investors, building trust and maintaining transparent reporting standards.
2. Strategic Business Planning
- Advise the executive team on long-term business planning, capital allocation, and expansion strategies.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling to align financial goals with overall corporate objectives.
- Identify cost-optimization opportunities and revenue-boosting strategies to enhance bottom-line profitability.
3. Accounting Process Oversight
- Direct and oversee all accounting operations, including payables, receivables, payroll, and tax preparation.
- Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Upgrade and enforce robust financial policies, internal controls, and accounting standards.
4. Compliance & Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate closely with Company Secretaries (CS) to ensure corporate governance and legal compliance.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure seamless year-end audits and zero non-compliance findings.
- Ensure adherence to statutory reporting, direct/indirect tax laws, and other statutory regulations.
Pay: From ₹2,000,000.00 per year
