We're looking for a Business Development Executive to join our product team and help grow TradeOne CRM—our next-generation CRM platform built for manufacturers, distributors, and field sales teams.

✅ Generate new business opportunities through calls, networking, and outreach
✅ Schedule and conduct online/offline product demonstrations
✅ Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers
✅ Follow up with leads and convert them into customers
✅ Coordinate with the product and implementation teams
✅ Research competitors and identify market opportunities
✅ Support exhibitions, events, and product launches
✅ Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales reports
- MBA (Marketing) preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B Sales / SaaS / CRM / ERP / Software Sales
- Freshers with exceptional communication and a strong learning attitude are also welcome
- Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
- Thinks like a business consultant—not just a salesperson
- Confident, energetic, and target-driven personality
- Comfortable interacting with business owners and decision-makers
- Willing to travel locally for client meetings and demos
