Job Summary
The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships after sales, ensuring client satisfaction, handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining long-term engagement with customers through calls and personal interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution.
- Conduct customer follow-ups after service completion.
- Maintain customer records and communication history.
- Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements.
- Assist customers regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Maintain professional communication standards at all times.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Professional personality and positive attitude.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Excel).

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Customer Relationship Management, Client Handling, Customer Support, Front Office, Telecalling, or Client Servicing.
- Graduate preferred.
