We are seeking a strategic Search & Performance Marketing Lead (AI-Driven) to drive AI-powered growth initiatives for global clients and internal brands. This role focuses on building scalable acquisition strategies, leveraging AI and automation, optimizing multi-channel performance, and delivering measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate combines expertise in performance marketing, analytics, leadership, and client consulting.
Responsibilities
- Lead growth strategies across Search, Social, Video, Display, Remarketing, Programmatic, and AI-driven channels
- Design and optimize paid media campaigns using AI, automation, and advanced bidding strategies
- Define measurement frameworks using GA4, GTM, CRM integrations, attribution models, and conversion tracking
- Leverage AI tools to improve campaign performance, reporting, and operational efficiency
- Drive testing and optimization across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and conversion journeys
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend channel, audience, and budget strategies
- Collaborate with SEO, CRO, Analytics, Content, and Development teams to improve acquisition and conversion performance
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, support pre-sales initiatives, and mentor team members
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Paid Media Strategy
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and multi-channel acquisition
- Strong experience with GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, attribution modeling, conversion tracking, and analytics
- Deep understanding of AI-driven optimization, automation, audience intelligence, and ad platform algorithms
- Experience managing client relationships, driving business growth, and leading teams
- Familiarity with enterprise ad platforms, first-party data strategies, CRM integrations, privacy-first measurement, SEO, CRO, and marketing automation is preferred
- Experience integrating AI/LLM tools into marketing workflows
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
