Key Responsibilities:
The Centre Manager role is a profit-making position that holds significant importance in driving the centre’s financial performance, operational efficiency, and strategic growth.
Lead Conversion & Sales Growth:
Proactively call and follow up with leads generated through various channels to achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Business Development & Outreach:
Drive student acquisition by collecting and nurturing data through seminars, workshops, and other outreach initiatives.
Institutional Partnerships:
Build strong relationships with schools, colleges, and training institutes to secure permissions for on-campus presentations and promotional activities that generate qualified leads.
On-Ground Sales Closures:
Conduct house visits and personalized counseling sessions for converted enquiries to maximize closures and meet admission targets.
Pipeline & CRM Management:
Maintain an updated and accurate lead funnel in CRM and MIS systems, ensuring timely follow-ups and clear visibility of conversion status.
Admissions & Revenue Collection:
Ensure end-to-end admissions completion and achieve fee collection milestones in line with centre revenue goals.
Travel & Market Penetration:
Actively travel within and outside Mumbai to support multiple centres, conduct outreach activities, and strengthen the brand’s market presence.
Target Achievement & Reporting:
Consistently meet or exceed enrolment targets and provide daily/weekly sales performance reports to management.
Key Skills & Competencies:
· Strong communication and coordination skills.
· Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Basic understanding of sales processes and documentation.
· Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
