Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development, Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, executing sales strategies, and supporting marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and social media.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business pitches to prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
- Participate in business meetings, conferences, and promotional events.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B sales and client acquisition.
- Digital marketing knowledge is an added advantage.
- Experience in the IT, cybersecurity, or technology industry is preferred.
