Candor Properties is looking for enthusiastic and driven Field Sales Executives (Freshers & Experienced) to join our growing real estate team. The role involves interacting with clients, understanding their property requirements, and assisting them in buying, selling, or renting properties in Pune.
You will be responsible for handling leads, conducting site visits, and building strong client relationships to close deals successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and handle leads for property sales and rentals
- Conduct site visits with clients and explain property features
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into deals
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth transactions
- Maintain daily reporting of leads and visits
Required Skills & Qualities:
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Confidence and positive attitude
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to do field work and travel locally
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus (not mandatory)
Eligibility:
- Freshers are welcome
- Experience in sales/real estate is an added advantage
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (depending on interview performance & experience)
