Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications and services.
- Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to define software requirements.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decision-making.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance and system reliability.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 2+ years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or C++) and web frameworks.
- Databases: Hands-on experience with SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) or NoSQL databases.
- Development Practices: Familiarity with Git version control, RESTful APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving ability and excellent communication skills.
