Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and energetic Outdoor Boy to handle field-related tasks and support the smooth functioning of office operations. The candidate will be responsible for document delivery, banking work, government office visits, material collection, and other outdoor assignments as directed by management.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and packages from clients, vendors, and business partners.
- Visit banks for deposits, withdrawals, cheque submissions, and other banking activities.
- Handle courier dispatches and collections.
- Visit government offices, RTO, municipal offices, and other authorities for official work when required.
- Assist in vehicle registration, insurance, permit, and documentation-related activities.
- Purchase office supplies and materials as instructed.
- Collect quotations, invoices, and payments from customers or vendors.
- Support sales, service, and administrative teams with field-related activities.
- Maintain records of outdoor visits and submitted documents.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and report status updates to management.
- Safely handle confidential company documents and cash transactions.
- Perform any other outdoor duties assigned by the company.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / Higher Secondary preferred.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of local routes, government offices, and banking procedures.
- Prior experience in field work, courier services, or office support roles will be an advantage.
- Ability to read and understand basic documents and forms.

Note: The Outdoor Boy is expected to represent the company professionally during all field visits and ensure that assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per hour
