Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) and prepare training calendars.
- Deliver induction, behavioral, and functional training programs.
- Ensure training compliance and maintain training records/MIS.
- Assess training effectiveness and collaborate with department heads to address learning needs.
- Support employee engagement and leadership development initiatives.
