We are looking for a dynamic professional to manage new homemade and traditional food product development, sourcing of ingredients, production coordination, packaging development, product mockups coordination, inventory management, quality checks, and dispatch operations. Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, designers, and marketplace teams to launch and manage food products efficiently. This is a leadership role requiring strong execution and multitasking ability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition, or related field.
- Knowledge of food production, packaging, and quality standards.
- Basic Excel and inventory management skills.
- Interest in eCommerce and product development
Key Responsibilities
Food Production & Operations
- Oversee daily food production (Dairy, Edible Oils, Millets, Spice, Health Mix, Gluten-Free Products)
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and quality standards
- Manage workforce, production planning, and cost efficiency
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI and regulatory guidelines
E-Commerce Management
- Manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, eBay, Etsy, Blinkit, Zepto
- Update titles, descriptions, SEO, pricing, and inventory
- Handle customer queries, returns, and order issues
- Monitor daily sales, reports, and performance
- Coordinate photoshoots, creatives, and campaigns
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years experience in food production / operations
- Strong background in export/import business with client network
- Experience handling e-commerce platforms
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
- 2-wheeler and laptop mandatory
Job Location : Coimbatore/Madurai
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
