Role
You will develop and implement effective sales strategy for pan-India including key accounts. You will lead team of nationwide sales personnel to achieve sales targets at India level. Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel at Partners’ levels, Key Accounts and all associations related to Plastic industry.
You will have the dedication to create a regional-India sales and marketing strategy that is in tune with the overall Organization’s strategy and apply effectively.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales through effective deployment of sales and marketing team.
You will possess a personality that effectively mingles with peers, superiors and juniors throughout the organization
Responsibilities
· Develop growth strategy for regional-India geography focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
· Lead nationwide sales team and associated partners to achieve sales targets
· Negotiate and close agreements with large customers, partners and other associates
· Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements
· Consolidate monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts with sales team
· Perform research and identify new potential prospects and new market opportunities
· Liaise with marketing and product development to ensure continuous development for customer’s changing needs
· Stay up to date with new product launches and ensure sales team is fully updated
· Manage customer escalations by providing timely support
· Keep records of sales volumes by customers and by Agents / Distributors, at National level including the receivable status
· Manage credit limits at various customer levels
· Develop, mentor and coach all levels of sales staff into valuable assets of the company
· Prepare training programs for Partners such as Agents
· Participate in organizing the marketing events to boost branding and publicity
· Keep abreast with the market trends generally and PVC industry in particular with regards to developments, technology, regulations in the designated geography
Essential Requirements
· Proven relevant sales experience of at least 10 to 12 years in any types of additives sales
· Proven capability to head National Sales
· Experience in managing high performance sales team
· Strong team management and communication skills
Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
