Key Responsibilities
· Responsible for driving business growth, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the assigned territory through strategic planning, effective execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
· Ensure achievement of sales budgets for the assigned geographical territory.
· Conduct sales analytics to identify focus areas and key stakeholders for driving business growth.
· Organize systematic collection and analysis of market intelligence, including data, statistics, and field information, and use the insights to recommend and/or redesign sales strategies to address competition.
· Collaborate with channel partners to cater to the demand generated in the market.
· Make visits to key customers and opinion leaders to build effective relationships and assess the effectiveness of promotional strategies and campaigns; provide suitable recommendations to Head Office as deemed appropriate.
· Review and assess the effectiveness of sales campaigns and programs; take corrective action and recommend improvements in sales planning, sales methods, market coverage, and sales administration.
· Coordinate with local chapters of Critical Care and other medical associations in Anesthesia, Oncology, etc., for participation in medical symposia and group meetings.
· Maintain regular contact with eminent medical practitioners, opinion makers, wholesalers, and hospital authorities to promote goodwill and enhance Polymed’s brand image.
· Submit periodic territory-related reports to assess efficiency and productivity.
· Plan and execute promotional activities while ensuring structured engagement between the company and key accounts.
· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop account-level engagement plans.
Qualifications
· Degree in Pharma or Science
· Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Management from any B-School
Experience
Minimum 4 years in handling hospital sales in medical devices / pharma industry, preferably in vascular /critical care products
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
