About the Role
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Software Sales Executive to help grow our software business. The role involves identifying potential customers, understanding their operational challenges, demonstrating our solutions, and driving sales from initial contact to closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound and inbound sales activities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and customer meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable software solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Maintain accurate records of opportunities and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and support.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in software sales, SaaS sales, or B2B technology sales.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and engage with customers professionally.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable with field visits and customer meetings when required.
- Basic understanding of business processes and software solutions.
Preferred
- Experience selling ERP, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, CRM, or other business software solutions.
- Prior experience in B2B sales.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
