Job Summary We are looking for a results-driven Merchandiser with at least 1 year of experience to join our growing team. You will be responsible for ensuring our products are effectively displayed, stock levels are optimized, and the brand's visual identity is maintained across all retail touchpoints. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-aware, and possesses a keen eye for visual presentation. Key Responsibilities Visual Execution: Implement and maintain brand-specific planograms and eye-catching window displays to drive foot traffic. Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, track fast-moving vs. slow-moving items, and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely replenishment. Sales Analysis: Analyze weekly sales data to suggest product placement changes that maximize revenue. Price Management: Ensure all products are accurately priced and that promotional signage is updated in accordance with marketing calendars. Competitor Awareness: Monitor competitor displays and pricing strategies, providing regular feedback to the management team. Vendor Relations: Liaise with suppliers to resolve stock discrepancies and ensure the quality of incoming merchandise. Requirements Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Merchandising, Retail Operations, or Visual Merchandising. Skills: * Strong understanding of retail math and inventory management. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry and basic reporting). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Attributes: Detail-oriented, ability to multitask under pressure, and a strong sense of aesthetics. Physicality: Ability to stand for extended periods and manage light lifting/movement of stock. Compensation & Benefits Salary: ₹40,000 per month (Fixed). Job Type: Full-time. Shift: Day Shift (Monday to Saturday). Benefits: Provident Fund (PF) and ESIC.
