Role Overview:
Lead end-to-end operations at our Vasant Vihar campus, delivering India's premier neuroscience-backed, right-brain development programs for children (ages 0-7). Drive enrollments, manage team performance, and ensure a world-class holistic learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campus Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring a safe, engaging, and highly stimulating environment for early childhood development.
- Business Growth: Drive campus profitability, lead conversion, and meet enrollment targets for THINKRIGHT's programs.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of right-brain educators, counselors, and support staff.
- Parent Relations: Build strong relationships with parents, provide regular updates on child progress, and resolve queries effectively.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure curriculum delivery aligns strictly with Thinkright’s standardized right-brain training protocols.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in early childhood education leadership, centre management, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication, counseling, and operational management skills.
- Mindset: Deep passion for early years development and a strong belief in holistic, joy-filled learning.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
