Role Summary
Responsible for generating leads, cross-selling financial products (Fixed Income Products and Mutual Funds), and scheduling appointments for Relationship Managers. Responsible for outbound calling, driving target-oriented partner acquisition, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Acquisition & Portfolio Growth: Make outbound cold calls to prospective IFAs and Freelancers to promote investment and financial services products launched by Werize.
- Cross-sell diverse financial variants such as Debt, Equities, and Mutual Funds.
- Customer Relationship Management: Manage and reactivate existing partner networks, assist in ongoing client servicing, and qualify prospective clients' financial interests.
- Appointment Scheduling: Successfully identify prospective high-value leads and schedule structured appointments for the sales and wealth management teams.
- Compliance & Operations: Maintain meticulous daily call logs, track the end-to-end sales pipeline, and ensure 100% accurate data logging of client feedback within CRM software.
- Drive digital onboarding compliance for the Werize platform.
Required Skills
- Experience: 6 months to 3 years of proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or general sales (ideally within the financial or broking sector).
- Skills: Strong sales acumen, exceptional convincing skills, outbound calling resilience, and a target-driven mindset.
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of financial markets, stock markets, Fixed Income, Mutual Funds, and diverse financial products.
- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, etc.), though exceptions apply based on relevant sales experience. Fluency in English plus relevant regional languages is required.
- Tools: Proficiency in CRM software and pipeline tracking tools.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
