Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to join the Race2IAS team. The role involves communicating with prospective students and parents, explaining Race2IAS programmes, handling enquiries, following up with leads and supporting the admission process.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to build good relationships with students and parents over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Explain Race2IAS Civil Services programmes, courses, workshops and other offerings.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programmes.
- Follow up regularly with interested leads and admission enquiries.
- Convert qualified enquiries into registrations and admissions.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to student and parent queries.
- Invite students to webinars, orientations, aptitude tests and counselling sessions.
- Communicate with leads through phone, WhatsApp and other digital channels.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups and conversions.
- Update lead status and follow-up details in CRM or internal systems.
- Achieve assigned calling, follow-up and admission targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions, academic and marketing teams when required.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with students and parents.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, admission counselling, education sales or customer support is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good Hindi communication skills are essential.
- Ability to communicate in English; Malayalam will be an added advantage.
- Good convincing, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp, Google Workspace and digital communication tools.
- Target-oriented, organised and willing to learn.
- Interest in the education and competitive examination sector will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
