Role Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Baristas to join our cafe team. The role involves preparing beverages, ensuring smooth daily operations, and delivering a high-quality customer experience. Ideal candidates should have a basic understanding of cafe operations and strong interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:Beverage Preparation & Service
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages as per standard recipes
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
- Operate coffee machines and other cafe equipment efficiently
Customer Service
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
- Handle customer queries and provide menu recommendations
- Ensure a friendly and welcoming cafe environment
Operations Support
- Assist in daily cafe operations including order management and service flow
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and seating areas
- Support inventory checks and stock replenishment
Cash Handling & Billing
- Process orders through POS systems
- Handle cash and digital payments accurately
Team Coordination
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff
- Step in during busy hours to ensure smooth operations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 0–1+ years of experience in cafe/F&B (preferred but not mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and cafe operations
- Good communication skills (multilingual is a plus)
- Customer handling and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended hours and handle peak-time pressure
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
