INTERNSHIP SUMMARY
We're looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to support our social media presence. You'll assist with content creation, scheduling, community management, and campaign support — gaining hands-on experience in managing a brand's voice across platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in creating engaging posts, reels, stories, and short videos for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube centered around pujas, Indian festivals, and NRI lifestyle
- Support basic video editing for reels and promotional content
- Help schedule content using tools like Meta Business Suite
- Assist with setting up and monitoring paid ad campaigns on Meta and Google Ads
- Respond to DMs, comments, and queries across platforms in a warm, professional manner
- Support organic growth strategies to increase followers, reach, and engagement
- Help track performance metrics and assist in preparing reports
- Assist with festival calendar planning to keep content timely and relevant
REQUIREMENTS
- Past internship experience in social media/digital marketing, or a degree in Digital Marketing, Social Media, Mass Communication, or a related field — Mandatory
- Basic familiarity with video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar) is a plus
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools
- Good written communication skills in Hindi and/or English
- Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media platforms
- Understanding of Indian culture, religious traditions, and festivals
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setup
- A personal portfolio or sample work is a plus but not mandatory
