Student Counsellor
We are looking for a Student Counsellor to guide students in selecting suitable courses and assist them throughout the admission process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students regarding courses, universities, and career options.
- Handle student inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Assist with admission process and documentation.
- Follow up with students to convert leads into enrollments.
- Maintain student records and update CRM.
- Achieve monthly counselling and conversion targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in counselling, education, or sales preferred.
- Ability to understand student needs and guide effectively.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
- Basic computer knowledge.
