Job Summary
We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment using the Shine.com portal. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions within the required timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates exclusively through the Shine.com job portal.
- Search profiles using relevant keywords and filters.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
Required Skills
- Experience using the Shine.com recruitment portal.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and interview processes.
- Strong sourcing and screening abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
Experience
- 6 months–2 years of recruitment experience.
- Freshers with knowledge of the Shine recruitment portal may also apply.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
