Job Description
Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant Technical lead Artificial Intelligence You will collaborate closely with Artificial Intelligent and Data Science team to develop/maintain innovative projects. You will be leading a team collaborating and working with multiple teams and dealing with stakeholders to transform the business requirements into technical requirements and crafting the solutions. Responsibilities: - Leading the development of innovative features and architectural solutions in Insurtech industry. - Establishing and enforcing coding standards and best practices. - Overseeing the identifications and resolution of complex technical issues ensuring high performance scalability and reliability of services. - Continuously learning new technologies frameworks and tools relevant to field. - Manage and optimize the entire software development lifecycle including deployment processes configuration management and production support. - Architecting and guiding the development of robust solutions leveraging full stack technologies including Cloud Provider and CI/CI pipelines ensuring seamless integration across platforms. - Collaborating to create and maintain automated testing processes to ensure thorough and efficient testing of software functionalities. - Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable development plans. - Manage technical documentation including system designs API specifications and development processes. - Leading and mentoring team members to build a winning team.
