Job description: We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Executive to oversee our human resources operations. You will manage the full employee lifecycle, ensure labor law compliance, and implement initiatives that boost employee engagement and productivity.
Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions.Manage job board postings and coordinate with hiring managers.Oversee the complete onboarding process for new hires.Employee Relationship as the main point of contact for employee queries.Mediate workplace conflicts and address staff grievances fairly.Organize team-building events and employee engagement programs.Payroll & Benefits collect and verify monthly attendance and leave data.Assist finance teams with accurate monthly payroll processing.Administer employee health insurance and company benefits plans.Compliance & Admin maintain updated, confidential digital and physical employee files.Ensure company operations align with local labor laws.Handle employee off boarding and conduct exit interviews.
Required Skills & Qualifications education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related fields. Experience 1 to 3 years of experience in HR roles.Tech Skills: Proficiency with HRIS software and MS Office.Soft Skills: Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
