About the Role
Advait’s Group is looking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Sales team in Medchal, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate or entry-level professional with excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and an interest in building a career in real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads for luxury villa projects.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with marketing and customer relationship teams for lead management.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and real estate developments.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sales support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree Preferred the Sales and Marketing.
- 0-1 Year of experience in the same industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is mandatory.
- Customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Good presentation and relationship management skills.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
