Chartered Accountant (Finance & Accounts)

About the Role
BD Group is looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to lead the Finance & Accounts function across its group companies. The role involves managing financial operations, statutory compliance, taxation, budgeting, MIS, audits, and providing strategic financial insights to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounting and financial operations.
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, cash flow, and MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate statutory, tax, and internal audits.
- Oversee banking, treasury, working capital, and fund management.
- Monitor business profitability and drive cost optimisation.
- Develop and strengthen internal financial controls and SOPs.
- Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
- 8-10 years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience in manufacturing, retail, hospitality, FMCG, or diversified business groups preferred.
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP, Advanced Excel, and financial reporting.
