- Instruction & Planning: Create and deliver engaging, level-appropriate lesson plans that focus on speaking, intonation, rhythm, and vocabulary.
- Facilitation: Lead discussions, role-playing, and interactive sessions to encourage active participation and practical usage.
- Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate students' progress through speaking tests and assignments, offering constructive criticism to correct errors and improve skills.
- Motivation: Maintain a positive, motivating atmosphere, encouraging students to speak without fear and build confidence.
- Adaptation: Tailor teaching styles and materials to suit diverse learning needs, including those for English as a Second Language (ESL) learners.
- Role Modeling: Act as a conductor, director (designing scenarios), and critic (evaluating expression) to guide students.
