Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist cum Accountant to manage front office operations and assist the Accounts Department in daily activities. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesReception & Customer Handling
- Manage the front desk and welcome visitors professionally.
- Attend and direct phone calls, inquiries, and customer requests.
- Handle walk-in customers and provide necessary assistance.
- Maintain visitor records and office correspondence.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings.
Accounts Assistance
- Assist the Accounts Department with day-to-day accounting activities.
- Maintain records of receipts, payments, and invoices.
- Support data entry and documentation of financial transactions.
- Assist in preparing reports and maintaining accounting records.
- Coordinate with branches and departments for required documents.
Administrative Support
- Handle daily office operations and administrative tasks.
- Maintain office files, records, and documents.
- Assist management with routine reporting and coordination activities.
- Ensure smooth functioning of reception and office administration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in reception, administration, or accounts will be an added advantage.
