We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer with strong hands-on experience in .NET Core, backend development, MongoDB and CI/CD, along with practical experience in Docker, Kubernetes and Redis.
The role will involve understanding and working with our existing platform, troubleshooting issues in running applications, and handling deployments of new projects developed by other team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain and troubleshoot backend services and APIs using .NET Core.
- Understand the existing application architecture and identify the root cause of production issues.
- Work with MongoDB for queries, indexing, aggregation and performance optimization.
- Design, maintain and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines for staging and production deployments.
- Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments through Kubernetes.
- Work with Redis for caching and application performance.
- Deploy and configure new applications developed by other developers, including applications built using different technologies.
- Investigate deployment, application and infrastructure-related issues and resolve them independently.
- Work closely with developers to ensure applications are deployment-ready and production-stable.
Must Have:
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
- Strong backend development and production debugging skills
- Strong knowledge of MongoDB
- Strong understanding and practical experience with CI/CD
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes and Redis
Good to Have:
- Experience with Linux servers and production environments
- Experience with Linode/AWS/Azure
- Experience deploying applications built with Python/FastAPI or other technologies
We are looking for someone who is hands-on and good at solving real production problems, rather than someone who only has these technologies listed on their resume.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
